3. Prices and Payment

Prices are quoted in [currency] and include [basic insurance and delivery within Tangier, as stated in your confirmation]. Extras, one-way fees and out-of-hours charges are shown in the quote. Payment is made at handover by [cash / card] as stated in your confirmation. No payment is taken online through this website.

4. Security Deposit

A refundable deposit of [amount per car category] is required at handover and returned when the car is back in the agreed condition, minus any amounts due for damage, missing fuel, fines or fees.

5. Fuel and Mileage

Fuel policy: [full-to-full / same level]. Mileage: [unlimited within Morocco / limit per day]. Please return the car with the fuel level stated in your agreement.

6. Insurance and Excess

Basic insurance is included. A damage excess of [amount] applies. Optional zero-excess cover can reduce or remove the excess, subject to the conditions of the policy. Tyres, glass, underbody, interior and keys may be excluded; ask us for the list in writing.

7. Use of the Vehicle

  • Drive only on public roads and respect Moroccan traffic law, including the speed limits.
  • No driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • No racing, towing, sub-renting or carrying goods for hire.
  • No off-road use unless agreed in writing.
  • Leaving Morocco with the car requires our prior written agreement.

8. Accidents, Breakdown and Theft

In an accident, call the police if required and contact us immediately on [phone / WhatsApp]. Do not admit liability and keep the police report. Insurance may not apply if you do not report the incident.

9. Fines, Tolls and Parking

You are responsible for traffic fines, tolls and parking charges incurred during the rental. We may charge an administration fee of [amount] if we must handle a fine.
